Yes. This is the best way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start. All clients will be assessed and put into three different exercise levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced) to make sure that their programs are appropriate.
The goal of my online programs is to get you linked to a gym close by where you will have access to all the equipment that you'll need to reach your fitness goals. While I can make you plans for home workouts, I have found that more clients have success when they perform their workouts in a commercial gym setting.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in. It's been said that 80% of the work happens in the kitchen and 20% happens in the gym. As long as you commit to a healthy diet and a strong workout regimen, you should expect to see your results within the first 30-60 days.
